I stayed at KOA, VA, Beach in Dec, 2023. My arrival was pleasant. My truck broke down. I was harassed by KOA over 24 hrs about the truck. I was able to get my truck towed for repairs the next morning. The stress from KOA caused me to be rushed to the hospital. I suffer from PTSD and Anxiety from Military Service. KOA had no compassion.
